Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Crane Operator with dredge/clamshell experience to support heavy civil projects. The role requires travel between Baltimore and Norfolk and 12-hour shifts with extended schedules on site aboard dredge operations.

You will operate lattice boom crawlers (Manitowoc 4000 and Liebherr 895), follow load charts, perform pre-start checks, and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency on demanding construction sites along the water.

Qualifications

• NCCCO (or CIC) with LBC designation required; TLL designation preferred.
• Four to ten years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read load charts and determine safe loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate lattice boom crawler cranes (Manitowoc 4000 and Liebherr 895) on dredge projects.
• Follow load charts and safety procedures.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine crane maintenance.
• Use standard hand signals to communicate with crew.
