Job summary

NBCUniversal's DreamWorks Animation TV Casting team seeks a proactive, organized individual to support casting and talent relations for animated television shows. This hybrid role combines office coordination with partner communications, calendar management, travel planning, and meeting preparation.

You will handle scripts, schedules, auditions, and liaison with agencies, productions, and executives. A Bachelor's degree and prior casting office experience, strong writing and communication

  • High-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Strong writing skills
  • Superb communication skills (oral and written) with a confident, concise and clear manner
  • Must display ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information
  • Strong working knowledge of applications including Google Mail and Docs, Word, Excel and Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple phone lines and daily communication with internal and external partners, agents, etc.
  • Manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar, including internal and external meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, as well as plan events.
  • Provide office admin support including supply orders and arrange for maintenance.
  • Update Administrative Documents, i.e. contact sheets
  • Draft exhibit G's, Taft Hartley's, and SAG Cast Lists.
  • Assist with script breakdowns and line counts.
  • Source actor voice samples.
  • Attend records as needed for production and marketing.
  • Maintain and organize digital files for Auditions and talent clips.
  • Maintain Casting Lists
  • Communicate with agencies
  • Schedule casting meetings with productions, executives and other partners.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
