Job summary

Aviator Nation in Malibu is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to prepare and stock stations, assemble high-quality dishes, and maintain a clean, sanitary workstation during service.

The role requires 0-4 years kitchen experience, strong attention to detail, knowledge of menu items and food safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; duties include coordinating with leadership and front-of-house, plus end-of-shift breakdown.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years experience in working in a kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to culinary quality.
• Comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to maintain focus, efficiency, and composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in cooking methods, food temperature standards, and proper equipment operation.
• Thorough understanding of health department regulations and food safety standards.
• Day shifts, night shifts
• Comprehensive training in POS operations and fresh product craft.
