Qualifications

• Approximately three years of progressively responsible professional student services work.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and advise students individually or in groups.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate student assistants and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs for undocumented students.
• Create and implement related programs and services, assist in recruitment and retention.
• Serve as a liaison to campus offices and community partners.

Skills

Knowledge of principles of individual and group behavior

Experience with student services and counseling techniques

Strong interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with standard office software

Fluency in Spanish and English

Education

Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Graduation from a four-year college or university in a related field
