This role reports to the Production Manager and Store Manager, involves maintaining a clean, fast-paced workspace, stocking counters, and ensuring high standards of food safety. A friendly attitude and enthusiasm for cookies are required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests & taking orders.
• Ringing guest orders into the POS system.
• Handling payments and cash drawer.
• Preparing house-made fillings and toppings (chocolate ganache, frostings, icings).
• Baking cookies and following exact recipes.
• Stocking display counters accurately and efficiently.
• Keeping the work area clean and well organized.
• Completing shift work in accordance with standards.
