Best Cheer Stone is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will connect with customers, provide quotes, assess needs, and help clients realize dream kitchens and baths in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires accuracy, product knowledge, and a consultative approach. Responsibilities include establishing new accounts, hitting sales targets, and using the 20/20 system to present designs and quotes.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment.
• 1–2+ years of experience in 20/20 or Pro-Kitchen is REQUIRED.
• High energy and professional appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Excellent reading, communication, math and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of construction and the ability to read blueprints and floor plans.
• Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
• Acquire new customers through cold calls and reviewing sleeping accounts.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishing new accounts by visiting customers and determining their needs to gain sales.
• Achieving individual sales targets and following up on open quotes to close sales.
• Engaging kitchen customers and using our 20/20 system to provide designs, product options and quotes.
• Assisting customers with product knowledge in adjacent departments and special orders.
• Assist in increasing natural stone and tile sales for the company.
