Job summary

EmpowerHome Team - Atlanta is seeking a motivated buyer's agent to be the primary contact from initial inquiry to closing. You will guide buyers through the full home-buying process, assist with search, financing, and closing coordination, and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up.

You will engage with pre-qualified leads, host open houses, and work within a team that provides weekly coaching and strong operational support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and recent trends.
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree desired.
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the full home-buying process.
• Help clients with home search, financing, and closing coordination.
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and lead systems.
• Convert leads into closed transactions through strong communication.
• Deliver a high-level client experience that generates referrals.
• Host open houses and convert attendees into active buyers.
• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently.
• Participate in weekly sales training and team coaching.
