Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Production Machine Operator in the Florence area. This contract-to-hire role offers 12-hour rotations (6-6) with day and night shifts, starting at $23.75 per hour and rising to $25 per hour upon hire, plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

Heavy lifting is required and previous CNC/PLC exposure is preferred. Candidate will load materials, perform changeovers, and adjust during production; basic machine controls and shop math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Load materials and perform changesovers and adjustments during production
• Understand machine computer functions and basic programming concepts
• Trainable with CNC, PLC controls, and SPC documentation
• Perform shop math including English-to-metric conversions
• Open to forklift training and operation
• Must have physical capability to lift and move product
