Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a versatile Draught Technician and Sales Support Specialist to cover 1–2 days as a line cleaner and 3–4 days as a merchandiser/sales support. The role focuses on Draught system maintenance, POS material placement, and customer relationship growth in bars and on-premise accounts.

The candidate will travel within the territory, educate staff, and ensure beer quality while supporting brand execution. Competitive benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required.
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships.
• Ability to understand and read invoices, load sheets, job orders, and installation instructions as well as ability to calculate simple math functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesaler Equity Agreement and local laws.
• Assist with draught equipment and/or system installation.
• Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner.
• Merchandise/install paper and permanent Point of Sale materials.
• Maintain product freshness and presentation through product rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance.
• Ensure assigned Company vehicle is maintained to company standards to include truck detailing/waxing, clean interior, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of tools to perform specific tasks.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
