Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Draught Technician/Sales Support Specialist to split time between line cleaning and merchandizing in Pueblo, CO. You will educate staff, maintain draught systems, and support brand execution while building customer relationships across on-premise accounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesaler Equity Agreement and local laws
• Assist with draught equipment and/ or system installation
• Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
• Merchandise/install paper and permanent Point of Sale materials
• Maintain product freshness and presentation through product rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance
• Ensure assigned Company vehicle is maintained to company standards to include truck detailing/waxing, clean interior, etc.
• Proactively prevent safety risks and operate vehicle safely
• Responsible for maintenance of tools to perform specific tasks (spanner wrench, thermometers, tower wrench, etc.)
• Perform other related job duties as assigned

Dual Responsibilities

This Role Has Dual Responsibilities - The preferred candidate will serve as a Line Cleaner/Draught Technician 1 to 2 Days per week and a Sales Support Specialist/Merchandiser 3 to 4 Days per week.

Draught Technicians are the frontline experts who ensure every pint poured in bars, restaurants, and on-premise accounts delivers the perfect beer-drinking experience. You'll visit accounts regularly, educate staff on proper draught system maintenance, guide them through best‑in‑class cleaning and service standards, and help troubleshoot issues to keep beer quality at its peak. Along the way, you'll strengthen relationships, support brand execution, and deliver point‑of‑sale materials that elevate the customer experience. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with draught equipment and/ or system installation

• Merchandise/install paper and permanent Point of Sale materials

• Ensure assigned Company vehicle is maintained to company standards to include truck detailing/waxing, clean interior, etc. Proactively prevent unnecessary safety risk, i.e., leaving keys unattended in vehicle, parking or driving in an unsafe manner, etc.
• Responsible for maintenance of tools to perform specific tasks (spanner wrench, thermometers, tower wrench, etc.)
• Perform other related job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with Safe Driving Record required
• Able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Highly self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Comfort level with change and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships
• Ability to understand and read invoices, load sheets, job orders, and installation instructions as well as ability to calculate simple math functions

Salary

Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay range of $19.39 - $27.72 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
