DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

"Measure twice, cut once" isn't just a saying. It's how you operate.

Managing details is your superpower. You notice what others overlook.

Your tools are your trusted companions. A tape measure, pencil, level, and drill are essentials.

You're a problem solver. Unexpected conditions don't scare you; they challenge you.

You take ownership. If your name is attached to the work, it's going to be done right.

You're good with people. You can be just as comfortable speaking with a designer or homeowner as you are working with your hands.

You're always learning. New technology, motorization, and installation techniques are opportunities, not obstacles.

Most importantly, you take pride in a job well done, even when nobody is watching.

Treating clients, their homes, and their furnishings with a high level of respect.

Demonstrating finished products to clients and making sure everything works beautifully before leaving.

Documenting measurements, site conditions, and installation details using company-provided technology.

Your goal? Leave every job site knowing the work represents your very best.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING

We believe great craftspeople come from different backgrounds.

You might have experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, custom installations, window treatments, or another precision-based trade.

What matters most is your ability, attitude, and willingness to learn.

We're looking for someone who has:

Solid experience working with their hands, hand tools/power tools is a BIG plus. Levels, fasteners, and anchors we can teach.

Excellent measuring skills, with accuracy to ⅛" or better.

A good understanding of different mounting surfaces and installation conditions - techniques.

Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and professional manners.

The ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders, with appropriate equipment and safety procedures.

Reliability, punctuality, good judgment, and a genuine work ethic.

Experience installing custom window treatments is a plus, but exceptional craftsmanship and the right attitude are what really get our attention.

If you take pride in your work, communicate well, and enjoy being part of a team that does things the right way, we’d love to hear from you.
