  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students in acting, stagecraft, and other aspects of theater production.

  • Conduct auditions, rehearsals, and workshops, offering constructive feedback to help students grow as performers.

  • Manage budgets and resources for productions, including costumes, props, and set design.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the school community regarding events, schedules, and opportunities in dramatics.

  • Stay informed about best practices and trends in theater education, incorporating new ideas into the program.


Requirements


  • Previous experience in teaching or directing theater, preferably in a middle school setting.
