Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Product Development Engineer to contribute from silicon bring-up through certification, yield improvement, and production expansion. You will work with seasoned engineers on innovative DRAM projects, applying your academic training to practical semiconductor engineering challenges.

Responsibilities include validating builds, analyzing test data, and collaborating across functions to resolve issues affecting quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in EE/CE or physics with semiconductor focus.
• ≤2 years of relevant experience for Engineer I role.
• Strong data analysis with Python, JMP, MATLAB or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support DRAM process-node and product development from validation to ramp.
• Analyze electrical test data to identify trends, marginalities, and yields.
• Assist with memory, logic, and analog function characterization and optimization.
• Complete experiments with established debug methods and coordinate results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on process, build, test, and manufacturing issues.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools for analysis, coding, automation, and documentation.
