Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in a technical field closely related to computer engineering or memory systems.
• Experience using Python or C++ for software development, simulation, automation, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with computer architecture, memory systems, performance analysis, or modeling.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled tools to enhance engineering workflows and productivity.
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, GPT, Claude, Gemini) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance software frameworks, simulation environments, and automation tools for DRAM architecture research.
• Design AI-assisted workflows for simulation generation, experiment automation, data analysis, and documentation.
• Analyze memory architectures (DRAM, LPDDR, DDR6, MRDIMM, CAMM, emerging tech) using modeling and simulation.
• Perform performance, power, bandwidth, latency, and workload characterization to identify trade-offs.
• Collaborate with researchers to document methodologies, present findings, and shape memory technology strategies.
