Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is hiring a Drain Technician to inspect, diagnose, and resolve drain issues for residential and commercial customers. Starting pay is $25 per hour, with on-call duties and opportunities for bonuses, strong customer service expectations, and growth within a locally-owned service team.

The role requires working with professional tools such as augers, hydro-jetters, and camera inspection equipment, maintaining a clean vehicle, and communicating clearly

Qualifications

• Residential drain/plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.
• Willingness to be on-call or work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve drain issues for residential and commercial clients.
• Operate augers, hydro-jetters, and related tools to clean/unclog drains.
• Perform camera inspections and document findings.
• Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized.
• Provide clear communication with customers and document work performed.

Drain Technician – Now Hiring

Rate: Starting at $25/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve residential and commercial drain issues
• Use augers, hydro-jetters, and other tools to clean and unclog drains
• Perform camera inspections and report findings
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients
• Document work completed and materials used

Requirements

• Previous drain cleaning or plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to be on-call or work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
