This position performs a range of construction, maintenance, and drainage systemoperations while ensuring safety compliance and efficient execution of tasks.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** *Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include any of the following representative duties, knowledge, and skills.
