Job summary

The City of Conroe is seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader II to supervise maintenance tasks in Public Works. The ideal candidate will operate heavy equipment and ensure operational efficiency.

This position requires a High School Diploma and at least three years of relevant experience. The starting salary is $23.35 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in operation of heavy equipment.
• Ability to obtain a valid Texas Commercial Class A Driver's License within six months.
• Must be capable of conducting routine maintenance to vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise various job tasks as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Operate various equipment such as sweepers, loaders, and bulldozers.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites.
