Job summary

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring a drain tech to provide expert drain cleaning for residential and commercial customers. You will operate cleaning machines, explain issues to customers, and secure approval before work. You'll maintain your service vehicle and complete field paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to perform drain cleaning with small to large equipment.
• Skill in removing and resetting toilets and P-traps.
• Strong customer communication and service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide drain cleaning and unclogging services for residential and commercial customers.
• Explain diagnosed issues clearly and present options for approval before work.
• Operate drain cleaning machines, jetters, and pipe inspection cameras.
• Keep service vehicle stocked, track tools, and complete service documentation.
