Responsibilities include troubleshooting drain and plumbing issues, following a structured customer service system, and delivering high‑quality workmanship while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of drain service experience.
• Jetting experience — required.
• Plumbing experience — a plus.
• OSHA 10 certification — a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Pride in your work and commitment to doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Follow Cranney’s 6‑Step Customer Service System.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose drain and plumbing issues.
• Identify the root cause of problems.
• Perform drain cleaning using snake machines and drain jetters.
• Perform general drain clearing and repairs.
• Clearly explain problems and recommended solutions to customers.
• Educate customers on their plumbing and drain systems.
• Provide professional, high‑quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.
