Qualifications

• At least 1 year of drain technician or drain cleaner experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls and inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer issues.
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment.
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns.
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean drains.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain services to customers.
• Document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management.
