Frank Gay Services is seeking a skilled Drain Technician to diagnose and resolve residential drainage issues, including jetting, camera inspections, and repairs. The role emphasizes customer service and timely problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
• Experience using a jetter and camera.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot/resolving problems, respond to call-outs and prepare cost estimates.
• Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues.
• Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.

Compensation:

• $75,000 – $125,000 /yr
