Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a skilled Drain Plumber in Asheville to diagnose and fix drainage issues, using jetting and camera inspection tools. You’ll work independently, respond to calls, and provide cost estimates while delivering top-notch customer service.

The position offers a salary range of $75,000–$100,000+ per year with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k) matching, plus paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 years as a drain technician or plumbing helper for residential plumbing.
• Experience using a jetter and camera.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs and preparing cost estimates.
• Inspect the drain line with a camera to identify drainage issues.
• Installing, maintaining, cleaning, and repairing drain systems.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.
