Job summary

Mr. Rooter is seeking a drain tech/service employee to perform drain-line work, fill invoices, and educate customers on products. The role includes installing sump pumps, ejectors, and assisting with water heater installations where possible. Company vehicles and equipment are provided. Pay is open for discussion with benefits available.

The candidate should be able to handle service calls and maintain clear documentation while delivering reliable plumbing service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Invoicing and paperwork accuracy for service jobs.
• Experience with drain line work including branch/main lines.
• Capability to educate customers on products and maintenance.
• Knowledge of water heater installation (gas/electric) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fill out invoices for service calls.

Plumbing company seeking drain tech/service employee.

Drain techs must be able to properly fill out invoices, rod branch and main lines.

Also install sump pumps, ejectors and also educate the customer on the products.

Service tech: must be able to do all of the drain tech and also install water heaters (gas and electric) tank-less not a needed however is a plus, battery back up.

We do provide company vehicles and equipment.
