Advantage is seeking a Drain Sales Consultant in Moore, OK to combine technical expertise with relationship-building. You will help customers solve drain and sewer issues while developing partnerships with plumbing contractors who rely on our team for specialized services.

Key duties include diagnosing issues, performing drain cleaning and camera inspections, preparing estimates, and driving territory growth while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required.
• 2+ years in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-building roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential drain issues and provide expert guidance to customers.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and related services.
• Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions.
• Prepare estimates and present service recommendations clearly.
• Build and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors and referral partners.
• Prospect for new business through networking, calls, and contractor visits.
• Promote services including drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro jetting, and sewer solutions.
• Maintain customer records and CRM data; collaborate with operations for safe, high-quality work.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales and territory growth goals.

What You Will Do

As a Drain Sales Consultant, you'll combine technical expertise with relationship-building and business development. You'll help customers solve drain and sewer issues while developing partnerships with plumbing contractors who rely on our team for specialized services.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and resolve residential drain and sewer issues using industry-leading tools and equipment.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and related drain and sewer services.
• Educate customers on findings and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
• Prepare estimates and communicate service recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors and referral partners throughout your territory.
• Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, contractor visits, and community engagement.
• Promote services including drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro jetting, sewer excavation, pipe lining, and specialty drain solutions.
• Serve as a trusted resource for plumbing companies needing drain and sewer expertise.
• Follow up with customers and referral partners to ensure exceptional service and identify additional opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities within the company CRM.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales, referral, and territory growth goals.

What You Need

Required

Valid Driver's License2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or relationship-building experienceStrong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProblem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail

Preferred

1+ years of plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer, or related field experiencePlumbing degree, certification, license, apprenticeship, or trade experienceFamiliarity with residential plumbing systems and drain diagnosticsExperience using sewer cameras, hydro jetting equipment, or related drain service tools

Compensation & Schedule

Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potentialCompensation based on experience and qualificationsMonday through FridayTypical hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible based on business needs)Participation in weekday and weekend on-call rotation required
