Job summary

A Advanced Services in Auburn, WA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our septic and construction team for the Drain Field Division. The ideal candidate operates mini excavators and other heavy equipment, learns drain field inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation, and advances toward expert certification through company-paid training.

The role offers full-time hours, day shift, and a pay range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour DOE, with occasional incentives for experienced drain

Qualifications

• Experience operating mini excavators or similar heavy equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of verifiable driving experience.
• Able to pass background and random drug screening.
• Willingness to obtain CDL in the future.
• Interest in learning drain field systems and Technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate mini excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of drain field systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot septic and drain field issues.
• Perform excavation and site work related to septic systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete required job documentation and reports.
• Report completed work to counties through OnlineRME.
• Maintain accurate daily job records in ServiceTitan.
• Follow all company safety procedures and local health dept regulations.
• Collaborate with team members, customers, and supervisors.
