THE SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time and year-round. Thanks to our large and loyal customer base, you will enjoy a stable and reliable work schedule with consistent hours in every season.

YOUR ROLE:

In this Drain and Plumbing Tech Lead role, you will begin each day prepared to handle a range of residential plumbing assignments. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, such as water heater maintenance, leak detection, drain cleaning, and pipe repairs. You will interact directly with homeowners, clearly explaining available solutions and providing honest, professional recommendations. You will also have the chance to identify opportunities for system upgrades, water filtration, and preventative maintenance to increase your commissions. Maintaining an organized and clean workspace and delivering superior craftsmanship will be essential.
