Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of drafting experience, or an Associate's with 8+ years, or HS diploma with 12+ years drafting experience.
• Advanced SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM proficiency.
• Knowledge of ANSI Y14 drawing standards.
• Experience producing complete drawing packages with dimensions and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in translating designs to specs.
• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, and system assembly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with engineering, design, and production teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Create design drawings from sketches and specifications using CAD.
• Digitize, edit, and revise engineering drawings of components and assemblies.
• Check drawings for conformance to design criteria and standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams.
