Qualifications

• 3+ years in drafting/engineering, ideally in retail fixtures or millwork manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sheet metal and tube fabrication with lean manufacturing expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform 3D renderings into precise, production-ready drawings using SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Conduct value engineering reviews to optimize cost and performance.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and manage documentation in PDM systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining engineering processes.
