Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC (SJS) is seeking a Drafter to support construction operations at a healthcare facility in Omaha, NE. The role combines site As-Builts with project drawings to maintain a complete record set.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and at least five years of drafting experience for design and construction, are required. The position requires strong communication and ability to interpret complex documents and adhere to schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year college drafting degree.
• At least five years of drafting experience on design and construction projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of civil-structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Combine site and building As-Builts with new project As-Builts to maintain one complete record drawing set.
• Prepare civil-structural plan and detail drawings for above grade support structures and below grade foundation details.
• Collaborate with in-house Drafter to validate and correct existing As-Builts.
• Perform drawing and field verifications.
• Implement structural design information from Engineers.
• Ensure projects adhere to the established schedule.
• Read, understand and apply standards to complex documents affecting construction projects.
