We are seeking a skilled Drafter/Designer to create, revise, and maintain 3D models, part drawings, assembly drawings, and engineering documentation using SolidWorks. The role involves generating detailed manufacturing drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, notes, and material specifications. You will develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and associated product documentation while interpreting engineering concepts, sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions to produce accurate design documentation.
The work environment is primarily on the manufacturing/production floor. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in design and documentation processes.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, CA.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
