Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear, Inc. in Georgia seeks a skilled Drafter to produce full manufacturing prints and support shop operations. You will generate detailed 3D drawings using Solid Edge and participate in ERP-driven BOMs and routings.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or equivalent experience, has 3D drafting proficiency, and can collaborate on the shop floor while maintaining high accuracy and safety on first shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Solid Edge or similar 3D modelling software required.
• Supplemental 2D AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate full manufacturing prints meeting standards for equipment and assemblies.
• Use ERP system to create BOMs and shop routings.
• Collaborate with shop personnel on the shop floor to ensure specifications are met.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE in safety-sensitive areas.
