Ideal candidates have 2+ years of drafting experience and are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with a basic grasp of construction techniques, collaborating with architects to produce site plans, elevations and 3D models.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary

Provides Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and basic design support for the following:

• Architectural Site Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Building Sections, Detailing, Construction, etc.
• 3D models, renderings, schematic drawings.

Assists with Architectural design as required. Must be dedicated to quality work and operating as part of a team.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides intermediate drafting and basic design work under the supervision of architects
• Preliminary research of applicable methods of construction and, specifications
• Sets up new project drawings and specifications under the direction of architects
• Assembles bid, addendums, construction documents, and revisions project packages
