Job summary

Helix Electric is seeking an Electrical BIM Detailer to design BIM models for power and related systems. You will interpret diagrams, model electrical layouts, and produce shop drawings for the field, collaborating with VDC teams across disciplines.

Expect regular field visits and potential project-site stints, with emphasis on clear communication, timely task completion, and adherence to project standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or field experience preferred.
• Dedication to learning, expanding knowledge and continuous improvement.
• 1-2 years of experience in Electrical/Power Systems classes and/or internships preferred.
• Excellent oral, prioritization and written communication skills.
• Problem solving, acceptance of responsibility, and work ethic.
• Motivation to complete tasks on time and on budget.
• Must successfully pass a background/drug screen.

Responsibilities
