Job summary

Kohler Distributing Company in Northern NJ is hiring a Draft Technician to support beer line maintenance and service in a fast-paced environment. You will learn and apply system troubleshooting, ensure clean lines, and keep dispensing equipment in top condition.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional weekend work and overtime. Training will be provided; prior beer-dispensing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliability are required.
• Experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Able to learn in a fast-paced liquor distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Flush and clean beer lines.
• Maintain draft beer systems, disassemble, inspect and repair dispensing equipment.
• Drive the supply vehicle.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed.
• Training will be provided.

We are currently looking for the right candidate to fulfill our open Draft Technician position. This role offers the best opportunity for starting a career in liquor industry.

Individuals applying should be motivated, reliable, mechanically inclined for draft beer system maintenance, and service, eager to learn in a very fast environment. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Position includes:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
• Weekend work occasionally. Overtime is available.
• Build positive relationship with our customers.
• Ability to safely lift 30 to 50 pounds daily. Occasionally 100 pounds,

Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:

This is an hourly position starting at $18.00 per hour plus Monthly Performance Objective Program.
