Job Details

• Shift: Full‑time with a 5:00am – 6:00am start time
• Minimum age: 21 years of age
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + monthly car allowance
• Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse and dependents), dental and vision (first of the month following 30 days of employment), 401(k) with company match, vacation pay and paid holidays (when scheduled to work)

Position Summary

Under moderate supervision, cleans and maintains draft beer systems in a prompt and courteous manner.

People or Process Management Responsibilities

None.

Position Responsibilities

• Check temperature, pressure and expiration date of beer.
• Diagnose and solve draft problems and report discrepancies to management.
• Work on‑call schedule as required (nights and weekends).
• Maintain effective customer service with internal and external customers.
• Maintain daily and monthly logs of line cleaning and service calls.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable ABC Rules and Regulations and follow company safety procedures.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 175 pounds.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical certification or vocational certification.
