Job summary

Kohler Distributing Company in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Draft Technician to maintain and service draft beer systems, ensure clean lines, and support our fast-paced operation for our 3,000+ retail customers.

The position is a full-time hourly role starting at $18.00 per hour with a Monthly Performance Objective Program. Benefits include 13 paid holidays, health benefits, sick/personal time, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing, and paid vacation after one year.

Qualifications

• Motivated and reliable.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Experience preferred, but training will be provided.

• Drive supply vehicle.

Individuals applying should be motivated, reliable, mechanically inclined for draft beer system maintenance, and service, eager to learn in a very fast environment. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Position includes:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
• Weekend work occasionally. Overtime is available.
• Build positive relationship with our customers.
• Ability to safely lift 30 to 50 pounds daily. Occasionally 100 pounds,
