Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in California is hiring a field service professional to support on-premise accounts with service calls and equipment installations. The role covers North and Central California, requiring comfortable driving across a wide territory.

You will work with draft beer systems, assist with line cleanings, and support special events as needed. This hands-on position provides a company vehicle and requires strong beer knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with a draught beer system.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong communication and discretion.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.
• Service equipment within state guidelines and troubleshoot draught lines.
• Complete draught line service and installs.
• Assist with product deliveries for installs, events, and accounts as needed.
• Maintain logs, trackers and records of daily activities.
• Manage and maintain vehicle, tools and service equipment.
• Train others on basic draught maintenance.

Position Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure to support on-premise customers through service calls and equipment installation. May also assist with special event set-up and execution. This role supports North and Central California accounts - candidates will need to be comfortable driving in a larger coverage territory. Candidates should have strong beer knowledge and understanding of how draft beer systems operate. This is a hands-on role that may be required to assist with cleaning draft lines, per request. Company vehicle provided for this role.**Job Description:****Job Responsibilities:**Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.* Service equipment within state guidelines.
