Job summary

Superior Beverage Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Draft Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Draft and Special Events Team. You will ensure exceptional service through maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of draft beverage systems, while planning and executing special events and managing staffing, equipment, and budgets.

The role blends technical draft-system expertise with strong leadership and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in draft systems or draft-beer service is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated with a customer-service mindset.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
• Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases of beer.

Responsibilities

• Manage services to all draft accounts for Company products in a timely manner.
• Oversee design and execution of department and special events.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, setup, and event teardown.
• Manage department budget including payroll, overtime, parts and equipment.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff.
• Train sales teams on basic draft system troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain high level of service and accountability with customers and staff.
• Monitor inventory levels for drafts supplies and equipment.
• Foster positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers and departments.
