Job summary

Hours: 6 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £15 per hour

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support a friendly, quiet, nature-loving lady with reduced mobility who uses a wheelchair. This role is about much more than practical support. It's about helping someone rebuild their confidence, regain independence, and rediscover the enjoyment of getting out and about in the community.

This is a rewarding one-to-one role for someone who understands the importance of encouraging independence while providing the right level of support. What the Role Involves

No two weeks will be the same, but your role may include:

• Planning and accompanying the employer on local outings, appointments, and social activities
• Enjoying days out together, such as visits to cafés, shops, gardens, or local attractions
• Providing practical support and assistance when needed
• Encouraging and supporting the employer to maintain a comfortable, tidy, and organised home environment
• Helping to build confidence, independence, and community connections
• Offering encouragement, companionship, and emotional support during more challenging days
