Job summary

McKesson in Hanover, MD is seeking a dynamic driver associate for local routes, Monday–Friday, 7 AM until route completion. Earn $20.75 per hour with incentive pay up to 10% and an additional 6% stretch, paid every 4 weeks. Health discounts and wellness programs are part of Total Rewards.

You will be responsible for timely, accurate order fulfillment, customer-facing relationship building, and on-the-job training to operate our equipment and automation. Overtime may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Current valid US Driver’s License.
• At least 6 months of delivery experience in a parcel van or larger vehicle.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Local routes, home daily; build client relationships face-to-face.
• Move efficiently to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through order fulfillment.

Our Hanover, MD Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated driver associate to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following Driver Professional, Parcel Van position available:

• Monday - Friday 7 AM until route is complete
• $20.75/ hour

What You’ll Need
