Job summary

ROHL Global Networks USA in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Dozer Operator for the Reel Trailer crew supporting MV cable pull and fiber installation on utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will operate a John Deere 650 on the lead reel trailer, align with the crew, and ensure site requirements and safety procedures are met.

This fast-paced field role requires 3–5 years of dozer experience, a valid U.S. driver's license, willingness to travel on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, and a proven

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience operating a dozer.
• A valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off rotation.
• Underground utility or renewable energy experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the John Deere 650 lead reel trailer per site requirements.
• Maneuver around the job site, coordinating crew, utilities and hazards.
• Operate excavators, backhoes, loaders and related equipment as needed.
• Perform pre-use inspections and ensure safety systems are ready.
• Follow procedures near energized utilities and confined spaces.
• Assist with fiber, conduit and related materials handling.
• Manage final grading and site restoration and keep logs current.
• Keep Crew Supervisor informed about conditions and safety.
• Contribute to project progress as needed.
