Job summary

ROHL Global Networks USA is hiring full-time Laborers to join a cable plow crew in our Renewable Energy Division, traveling across the southeastern United States. You will perform physical labor, assist in material handling, site prep, and basic equipment operations under the Crew Foreman.

Lodging is provided with a $50 daily per diem for each project, typically three weeks on-site with one week off between assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of laborer experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel on multi-week assignments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• All-weather work in loud, hot or cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Support cable plow crew during all construction phases.
• Move materials and assist in site preparation and cleanup.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA-style guidelines.
• Coordinate with operators and foreman as needed.
