Formación

• Experience operating a dozer or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to read grade stakes, site plans and project specs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Safely excavate, push, and level materials to achieve final grades.
• Clear and prepare construction sites by grading and leveling ground.
• Load and unload materials using the dozer or other equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean cab and area.
• Communicate effectively with crew members while operating equipment.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and procedures.
• Identify and report safety hazards to maintain a safe site.
• Operate additional heavy equipment as needed to support operations.
• Assist crew with general labor when equipment operation is not required.
