Job summary

Rummel Construction, Inc in Tucson, AZ seeks an Experienced Dozer Operator to perform mass earthmoving and grading tasks on our heavy civil projects with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

You will operate dozers on cut/fill projects, work with a team of experienced operators, and help maintain equipment while meeting daily goals. Travel may be required; typical schedule is Monday–Friday with potential Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Approx. 3+ years' experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in earthmoving and heavy construction with knowledge of cut/fill operations.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Get off and on equipment using 3 points of contact.
• Conduct daily routine inspections on assigned equipment and report defects to supervisors.
• Walk safely on 2:1 slopes throughout the jobsite.
• Work safely in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet, etc.).
