Rummel Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Heavy Equipment Operator to work on mass excavation and grading projects. You will operate heavy equipment, perform routine inspections, and follow safety protocols on a variety of sites.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction, experience with cut/fill operations, and a strong safety mindset. Travel may be required as projects span multiple sites in the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Approx. 3+ years' experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in earthmoving and heavy construction with knowledge of cut/fill operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction equipment on mass excavation and cut/fill projects.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report defects.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times.
