Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Dozer Operator to operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment on construction sites in Hurricane, UT. You will move earth, clear land, grade surfaces, and assist with road and site prep projects, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, reporting defects, following OSHA guidelines, and coordinating with supervisors and surveyors to meet site plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Operate bulldozers to move soil, rock, debris, and other materials.
• Grade land and prepare construction sites according to plans and specifications.
• Build and maintain roads, pads, slopes, and drainage systems.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment defects or needed repairs.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Read and interpret site plans, staking, grades, and project specifications.
• Work closely with supervisors, surveyors, and other equipment operators.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment use, maintenance, and production.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
