Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Dozer Operator to run bulldozers and heavy equipment to move earth, clear land, grade surfaces and support construction and site prep projects. Work is performed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.

You will inspect equipment daily, read site plans and coordinates with supervisors and surveyors while maintaining records of usage and production. Adherence to OSHA policies and keeping work areas hazard-free are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers to move soil, rock, debris, and other materials.
• Grade land and prepare construction sites according to plans and specifications.
• Build and maintain roads, pads, slopes, and drainage systems.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment defects or needed repairs.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Read and interpret site plans, staking, grades, and project specifications.
• Work closely with supervisors, surveyors, and other equipment operators.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment use, maintenance, and production.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
