Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to support heavy civil construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will operate dozers for site prep, grading, and roadwork, following plans and stake references to ensure precise results.

You will perform pre- and post-operation inspections, adhere to safety and environmental standards, and collaborate with foremen and crew members to deliver projects on schedule and to quality expectations.
