Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Flexible Security Officer in Denver, CO. The role is part-time and on-call, with a set schedule varying week by week. Expect duties spanning customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring adaptability and precision on demand.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.75, with DailyPay available. GardaWorld provides a full benefits package, includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays. Uniforms are supplied.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass extensive screening.

• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• Valid Driver's License
