Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Flexible Security Officer to join our team in Denver, CO. As a casual Security Officer – Response, you will adapt to a variety of duties including customer service, patrols, and surveillance across multiple locations.

The role offers a set part-time schedule with 24 hours per week, a competitive hourly wage of 19.25–25.00 USD, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and life insurance. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Active Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• Active Driver's License
